34 minutes on the TM, again the knee is getting better daily. I feel that the beast that was a head of me is getting smaller and smaller. Hopefully in 4 more weeks the speed workouts will be on there way!

Great to hear Ben! How did the Doc determine that you needed the surgery? I am now officially on the bench with ITBS and there is no end in site. This week I am trying a cortisone shot and acupuncture and continuing with PT.

Ya I feel for you Fritz, that injury is something I don't wish upon anybody! Cortisone will definitely mask the pain and might even eliminate your pain permanently. As of surgery the Dr. did it when I was ready for it. I felt like I was going backwards daily also, so i just made a phone call and got in 4 days later. As you know make sure it's your last resort if surgery is the route you want to go. Sorry I hope that helps a little. Good Luck!
