Okay so I had a great Race report but I freakin deleted it on accident, and I don't feel like writing it up again!!!

So this is what you get.

Mile Splits-

5:41;5:50;5:33;5:32;5:44;5:35;5:32;6:30;6:15;6:04;6:18;6:01;5:45;5:50;5:39;5:40;6:32;5:40;6:07;

5:59;5:50;5:55;5:55;5:42;5:56;5:57.

Overall happy with the race. Minus out the bathroom break at mile 17 and Rock in my shoe at 17 also. Thats why it was a 6:32 mile. Glad that I finished strong, and averaged under 6 minute miles the last 8 miles.

9th overall, I will take it

And on the side note I actually ran a Personal Best by 1 Second. CRAZY!!

Congrats on the PR! You ran a very consistent race, too bad we couldn't get the sub-2:30 at the race. Keep running strong!

Looks like you had a strong second half of the race. Congrats on the 1-second PR and the Top 10 finish.

Congratulations on a PR! Kept wondering when I would see your race report.
