| Headed out for a morning run with Jon made it 3 miles and my I.T. band flared so bad that I couldn't even run. Cut my run short, pretty sore and achy still. Contiplating on taking 2 weeks off of running just to get my body rested. I usually take 1 month off every 2 years anyway and it's around the 2 year mark. So we will see, I will hit up a run tomorrow and see how I feel. |

| Easy run on the TM. Made it 5 miles before the I.T. Band flared again. Limped the last .50 to get an even 5. Man this Sucks!

| Man today hurt. 4.70 miles of pain. Walked the last mile, this I.T. Band thing is brutal. I am officially calling it for 2 weeks. Massages and stretching is going to be key. I had this injury before and it took me out for 2 months. So at least this time I have recognized the injury and won't try to push through the pain this time. Avg pace 8:45 min/miles |

| Ran some easy miles today. First run in 8 days, was a little nervous because of the ITBS but I managed today. Run felt really good for about 28 minutes. Then the last 2 minutes the IT band started to flare a little. So anyway cut my run, and called it a day. Back to icing and massaging. Going to try to hit up a run with Ken And Riley tomorrow. We will see how that goes. Avg pace 6:47 min/miles |

| Running after swimming. felt really good for about 4 miles and then the ITB flared and I am back to square one again! Walked in the last mile, and was pretty sore the rest of the day. Back to icing and massaging for another week! this really BLOWS!!

| 32 minutes of little to no pain in the ITB. Felt really good for this run, not getting my hopes up. But it will be nice to actually attempt to run back to back days. Tomorrow hoping I can get 35 minutes. Still icing and rolling, hopefully it will continue to help. 7:01 min/miles |

| A little hesitant to run today, woke up and my knee was pretty sore. So I procrastinated all day to see if the soreness would go away and that wasn't the case. I attempted to run and it was like yesterday for about 35 minutes. Little to no pain, then the last 2.5 minutes started to hurt. I am beginning to wonder with this injury of what it really is. I know it's my IT band but I question it sometimes because last time I had this injury I hurt pretty bad after the run is over with. Now pain goes away almost instantly. If any of you guys are experts in knee therapy let me know what you think. I think ultimately I am going to get a real massage and see if that might help the ITB a little also. But I am really grateful to get in 37.5 minutes today of solid miles.

| Same story. Nothing has changed, knee is still bugging. This sucks, I have the Itch to get out and run but my body isn't letting me do it right now. avg pace 7:30 min/miles
