Met at Bues Pond with Jason, Riley, Ken, Dave, Jon and JonMoss. Plan was to do an 8 mile builder but around mile 2 I adjusted the workout to a 3-2-1. My legs just arent ready for that type of volume yet.
Anyway 3 mile split was 555,547,553
2 mile 546,558(bridge mile)
1 mile at 523. Felt solid to finish strong and great to see that there is some speed in my legs still
3 mile warm and 4.23 mile cool
Going to be interesting on how the next couple of months go, hopefully the weight will come off and I will be in racing shape ASAP!!
