From home to PRT over to draper park n back. The goal was to take it pretty easy thru 10 then push the last 3. I really had to force myself to slow down a few times. 9:03 AP thru 10. At mile 9.5 I get a text from Spence.."Nice work. Now turn it in bro". Was feeling really good due to the slower pace. The last 3 felt great. 7:42, 7:40, 7:29. The last 1.5 was downhill, planned it that way. I had more in the tank at the end. Pretty pumped with this run. 8:42 AP overall |
