| Great training run from work. North on murdock trail, north on 400 e uphill, then back downhill to center, back uphill to murdock, back to work. I think I'll be doing this w/o once a week. Mapmyrun stopped working on me...not sure of my pace.

| Ran from home heading west on 9800. Turned right on 3200 w. and saw this runner on a dirt path....thought I'd follow his lead. It takes me over to 90th so I head back east. I was at mile 7 here and was feeling great! Turn right on 2200 w. and hit a pretty good head wind that started wearing on me. Back to 9800 and back home.

| Out n back from home to draper on Porter Rockwell. I had a headwind the entire way back. I was averaging 7:55 the first 8 miles, the last 8 probably around 8:25 or so, that's a pure guess though,stupid app stopped on me around 14 miles. Need a garmin bad! That was not easy. I guess LR are not supposed to be. |
