Out n back from work up provo canyon. Turned around at 3.5 and made it back to the water fountain. Out of nowhere was hit like a freight train with the urge to go to the bathroom. So I walk up the trail a little bit to the bathrooms feeling relieved that they were there.....LOCKED! Look around off the trail wondering if I should find a good place, then better judgement took over and decided against the idea. I finally make it to Canyon Stop at the mouth.....Relief!! The joys of running
