Beautiful run at lunch. 4.7 mile course from work, up Memory Grove to the guard shack at City Creek Canyon and back (38:42) . Ran easy on the way up and quicker on the way down. What a difference it makes being able to run in shorts and sports bra.
Went to a Yoga for Strength class after work. Lots of strength moves, planks, handstands, balance moves plus hip openers. I think this is already helping my running.
Note, this was my fifth running day in a row. Have not done that since my ankle surgery in December!!! |
