| Ran from the auto body shop back to home. I was thinking it would be about 4-5 miles, but ended up being 7. The weather was nice - 61 and sunny - felt great to be out in shorts. I need to increase my mid-week mileage, so I guess it was good I ended up going further.

| I was planning on doing some intervals, but my legs felt really fatigued. I guess I'm not used to running 3 days in a row. I'll probably rest tomorrow so I can make it through my long run Saturday.
