20 miles on the marathon course. I felt pretty good energywise, but my leg was hurting a little the last few miles so I didn't push the speed - I didn't have my watch which was actually kinda nice - no pressure and the miles seemed to go by pretty quickly. We finished in less than 3 hours which included 2 pit-stops & and a couple of water walking breaks. Now I need to strech my IT band and hip - I may redue my mid-week running so that I don't worsen this injury. |
