 I used to run cross country for Idaho State but that was ten years ago, so I am going to restart my personal bests as they come.

Short-Term Running Goals:

I want to get back into running again after a 10 year absence.  So for now I would like to get back into competing in road races and have fun again.

I have always chickened out of my long runs so the longest I have ran in a long time is just over 4 miles.  It was suppose to rain but when I got up it hadn't started yet so I hurried and got out there.  Around mile 4 the rain really began to come down in sheets, it was cool to be running in the rain again.  Shins hurt I will ice this weekend.  Time 55 min.
