45 minutes hard effort on the stairmaster. 25 minutes hills on the elliptical aerobic effort. 65 minutes vertical running on the treadmill. 5.25 miles. 6004 vert. 10 minute cool down on the elliptical. Fit wise i will be ready to finish Boston. just need to get better. Made good progress this week. #Frankenstein #getsome #doinwork
