Merge road and trail running and adventure run bonkers.

Sub 2:30 marathon. Run my best at distances from half marathon to 100 miles.

Thanks Bam. Through this bout, over the last 6 weeks I have been conducting a bit of a science experiment in addition to trying to heal. I'll post some of the details as well as the results when I am back at it in a week or so but it's been really good so far. As always, I appreciate your support and insight. Glad to hear you are through the worst of your stuff.
