Threshold work

Workout today was 3 mile warmup, 6x 2k descending, with 1/2 mile quicker than a jog jogs, cooldown. I wanted to be +/- HMP on these and executed it well although the last one was tougher than I thought it was going to be. Splits were 7:00, 6:57, 6:55, 6:50, 6:43, 6:37. The jogs were all ~7:20 pace. I'm happy with this one, it was one that made the pancakes after very tasty :). <6 weeks to go and I feel like it's all coming together. 6:23

Look at you, being all fancy and using kilometers for something longer than one kilometer! :-)

Good workout, really good progression. That's the way to do it.

Nicely done Brandon. A well-deserved marathon PR is just around the corner for ya.

Great workout, Brandon! This workout will definitely pay off later on.
