In May 2010 I was large and started running. Now I'm much smaller :), -63 lbs.

Merge road and trail running and adventure run bonkers.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Sub 2:30 marathon. Run my best at distances from half marathon to 100 miles.

Personal:

Happily married with 4 great kids. Running is but one of the amazing vehicles for connecting with others and celebrating life. Gratitude!

It was 9 degrees, dark and icy after work so off to the gym. A very easy first mile (9min) followed by a bunch of progressively faster ones on an incline. Happy Monday! 6:51

I'm going to stop being such a snob about treadmills and embrace them this winter. Great job getting it done when it would no doubt have been easier to just go home. :-)

Neasts - I'm doing the same thing and sacrificing my snobbery for volume :), especially in the cold and dark.
