In May 2010 I was large and started running. Now I'm much smaller :), -63 lbs.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Merge road and trail running and adventure run bonkers.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Sub 2:30 marathon. Run my best at distances from half marathon to 100 miles.

Personal:

Happily married with 4 great kids. Running is but one of the amazing vehicles for connecting with others and celebrating life. Gratitude!

lunch - Snuck in an easy 5. Trying out some ways to fit in some extra miles on work days without them being junk. It's tough because I really don't have the time to do it. I may be able to sneak this in once a week. Twice would be even better but we'll see. 7:07

Pm - south on the river tail after work. It's shaded  well that direction and helped with the heat. Talked to Mike Vick on the way. Easy miles. 7:20

Nice double Brandon and good job at getting acclimated to the heat. I'm WAY too big of a pansie to run during the day.
