In May 2010 I was large and started running. Now I'm much smaller :), -63 lbs.

Merge road and trail running and adventure run bonkers.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Sub 2:30 marathon. Run my best at distances from half marathon to 100 miles.

Personal:

Happily married with 4 great kids. Running is but one of the amazing vehicles for connecting with others and celebrating life. Gratitude!

I'm not sure who he is. I popped out on the trail right there last fall and there he was. I snapped a quick photo, told him thanks and was on my way. He's since been painted over but his message lives on. *cue training montage music*

All right you comedian, I'm going to find you in Oxford when I get over there and follow you on one of your workouts with a sign that says "Oxford, Comma, Police, and Patrol".

Brandon, How about 6:15 - that should give me time to do the UB workout at the gym. We can meet at 2000 N and 1350 W and do a nice run around the hill base of Whitmore and the zone of destruction.
