Easy 2 mile warmup.  Progressive 12 x 400. 82, 81, 82, 80, 78, 78, 76, 76, 75, 74, 72, 69. 400 recovery jogs between at 7:45 pace. Easy cool down. These felt really good and in control. I recovered quickly on all of them. The goal was just to do all 12, next time out they will all be a little faster. 6:40

Nice. I like the control, which is evidenced in the progressive nature of the session.

"This world is full of heroes but you are the one I most fear offending,"

I watched Red Cliff last night and that's a quote from the movie. It has nothing to do with how I feel about you:) but I thought I'd share it with you.

If you haven't seen the film, it's a must see. It's in Chinese Mandarin - I'd 'humbly' suggest you watch a subtitled version, unless you are fluent in Mandarin :)

I'll leave you with this gem:

"A clear Milky Way and snaking clouds signal fog is near. If you know how earth, sky, yin and yang change, then the sun, moon and stars, the wind, forest, mountains and fire, become soldiers at your command."

Awesome dude:)

Perfectly executed workout Brandon. Love the progression and control and holy smokes you killed that last one. Awesome!
