Merge road and trail running and adventure run bonkers.

Sub 2:30 marathon. Run my best at distances from half marathon to 100 miles.

am - Easy 12+ with Scott, Mike, Reed, Toni, Jacob, and Chris on what was an absolutely beautiful morning. The silent float for some of the way back in the dawn was perfect. Grass loops and fun conversation after was great too. 7:09

I'm struggling here; please, oh please tell me you are joking. Although I find the idea of compression socks repulsive, downhill races as cheating, shaving your legs effeminate, cross training and the associate lycra and headbands ludicrous, and treadmills a sign of wussness - I can, just about, excuse them as flamboyant cultural idyiosyncrasies. But vibrams and all that malarkey is just a step too far. I hope, for the sake of children, you're messing...

I want to run some barefoot stuff in the grass, but i just don't trust not stepping on something nasty or sharp. I don't wear them often. It's just for protection :). I do like working form with them and think it's beneficial.

If you had finished at 'protection', I would have said, ok, fair enough. But that last sentence makes me think you have some kinky affinty with the barefoot weirdos. That said, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt - jusy make sure nobody sees you wearing them:)
