In May 2010 I was large and started running. Now I'm much smaller :), -63 lbs.

Merge road and trail running and adventure run bonkers.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Sub 2:30 marathon. Run my best at distances from half marathon to 100 miles.

Happily married with 4 great kids. Running is but one of the amazing vehicles for connecting with others and celebrating life. Gratitude!

Had a great workout tonight on the elliptical. 1 mile warmup then 1 hour at marathon pace effort. Measured by HR and effort, it felt right there. Easy cooldown.

It's easy to get frustrated but i just need to be thankful for what i can do pain free and continue to work at it. My business is with Boston and by then business will be booming :). Thanks for the calls and support :)!
