The goal today was a good tune up, to not over do it, and leave the workout wanting more. 3 mile warmup. 4x 2:30 @5:25, 10 minutes 5:42, 6x 1 minute 5:10. Last one was well under 5 pace. 3 minute jogs between sets and short jogs between reps. Felt really strong today. 6:36

I'm working so I'm out for the morning session. Not sure what the guys are doing. Get a hold of Matt :).

Nice work Brandon.

FYI - we're trying to get a group up to Jeremy Ranch on Saturday morning. I know its a haul for you, but if anyone down your way is interested, I just wanted to let you guys know.

Jake I would be all over that :), that sounds great. But I'm running a half at altitude this weekend down south. Next time I'm in for sure. I was watching the Oregon project series on flotrack today where they are running that road and it totally made me want to go back with you guys :). Have fun and be safe!

Nicely done today, Brandon. You're looking good!
