AM 3 miles Ran the warmup and cool down lap with EHSXC at liberty park.

PM 11 miles speed work out.  Normal warm up, speed changes, 1X 1600, 5X800, afew extra laps cool down and a lap around the park.  Times 5:35, 2:36, 2:36, 2:32, 2:34, 2:40.  I wimped out on the last one and almost didn't do it my ankle after the fourth one was really bothering me.  Mostly on the turns and when I would run on the toes.  Still trying to stick with ice only.  I will reevaluate things tomorrow after the long run and see what should be my approach to the next couple of weeks.  I was only going to get 80 this week, with the long run I guess I will over shoot it.  Oh well there is always next week to drop faster.

Any chance of a long run (easy 15-20) early tomorrow morning? Something above the haze would be great. I'll check back after 8pm or give me a call.

Jeremy sounds like a good run. I am not so sure about 8, but whatever works. If that changes, give me a call. Thanks.

Adam, We are planning to run long on the the road between jeremy ranch and East canyon. Teren and Emily were planning on 8 am start so we could meet before and carpool some of us together. I am headed to do a speed work at Highland High track at 8 tonight and will talk to the others and will blog you back or call me on my cell.

Bill

Scott I will call you after the workout also. If we can go earlier I will push for that.

I have to second Scott's comment, 8am is a little late. I must have missed you at the track I actually ran late today. I was finishing up around 8pm. I'll try and plan something a little more in advance for next weekend.

Adam, we are meeting at the park and ride at 3900 S. and Wasatch (NW corner at 7:20) and running by 7:45. It will be a good run on a soft surface and shouldn't beat us up too much.

Bill,

That is a great course to run. I have a water bottle planted under the 4 1/2 mile marker. Do you run from Jeremy or East Canyon?

Good times on the workout. Sorry I missed you I didn't check back until just now. Do you still have my cell phone number? I ended up just running the same course I did last Saturday. It was a good run. See you later, Adam
