I was hoping to run a little bit better, but i still did get 1st place for the masters and 3rd overall. I was in first place until the last half mile then i was passed. Then the last 200 meters someone was else was passing me, so i kicked it into gear and so did he, it was a very close i lost by 2 thousand of a second. And when i finally looked at my mph and time for that sprint i was at 13.8 mph and a 4:21 pace.
