Yeah there's not much that can be done against the wind. I don't have any races planned but I'm going to look into the SLC Track Club winter race series, I think having a few events to run in over the winter will help keep me motivated. What about yourself, are you training for anything in particular?

The only race i have planed is the turkey trot 5k. Maybe a 5k in December. Thursday is my speed work day also. I do a total of ten miles and i run 5 intervals at a 6:15 to 6:30 pace for 4 minutes, with rest in between each intervals. Good luck tomorrow.
