I had a good day of running!! I ran a total of five miles
and the first two were at a 6:40 pace and the last three were at a 7:53 pace. I
am thinking about running the orange county half-marathon in January, anyone out there ran
that race?
I have not ran it and was thinking about it as well since my brother just moved down there. I checked it out on marathonguide.com and it did not get glowing reviews. So, I am considering PF Chang's in Phoenix instead.
Thanks for the help i think i will look into another half-marathon some where else.
