Personal:
I started running in 2004 when I needed to lose 100 lbs. or so. I got active with running and triathlons and still continue to participate in the local active events. I am married with 3 children.
Washington: Washington parkway loop from my house and some other inlets to add a little mileage. I started a little later than usual and felt the heat. All in all it was a good outing and I cooled off by drenching myself with my hose and weeding my garden. (Triumph 5-B: 14)
