I started running in 2004 when I needed to lose 100 lbs. or so. I got active with running and triathlons and still continue to participate in the local active events.  I am married with 3 children.

Drug Vis out to do the first 8 miles of the Dogtown 1/2 course. Temps were nice, good times. He dropped me off to run a few more back to my truck. (Landreth 5: 187.81)

Taper time as the mileage comes down some... just looking forward to next weekend. Stay relaxed and healthy.
