I started running in 2004 when I needed to lose 100 lbs. or so. I got active with running and triathlons and still continue to participate in the local active events. I am married with 3 children.
TREADMILL and Sports Center.......... so lovely. SG Half come hell or high water, oh wait high water already came and the course is altered.
