First 5K of the year.  I heard this was a hard course and it did not dissappoint!  Straight uphill start and rolling hills through the end.  Start and finish above Weber campus.  Lots of people nshowed up and it was fun to just get out and have a good time with family.  I couldn't get the girls to run since it was so cold.  They sat in the stroller and watched movies on the laptop!

Hey great running my friend! I dont know if we have ever met. You passed me just before mile 1 and you had a great runners form. I was amazed you seamed to float by me. Its like you barely touched the ground. Great race to you and hope to see you out at the next one.

Great time on a tough course. Gliding by Walter is tough, take it as a big compliment!

Safe travels this week.

That's a great time on that course! Good job. Now you get to look forward to the even-hillier 10k and 10 mile!
