Wow, where did this run come from?  I just fell into a groove on this long run and haven't felt this smooth in a long time.  Great afternoon.  24 miles, 6:38 average pace.

Yeah, its a fluke. Good confidence builder though. I've run marathons slower. A few of them. Sometimes you hit the groove. Rob, I won't hit 100, that is my last long run. It's taper from here, with one last tempo at MP Saturday
