10 miles in the evening in Dallas. Beautiful night and one of my favorite runs in a long time. Just felt great. 6:57 average pace.

I didn't have a comment about this particular workout, but a general curiosity about your R2R2R run - I am considering doing this - do you have an entry that you have made describing your run in the canyon?

Yep, look at my race reports. It should just be a few back. Rob Murphy ran it with me and did a report too. I'll be hitting it again this year for sure
