26.7 miles in La this morning. Nice day and did a long run along the LA basin channel, dirt trail almost the entire way.
3.6 miles tonight along Mission Bay, San Diego. Another pretty night, but man are my legs dead! I did hit my goal of 100 this week and the first solid week of quality training.
