I did the route down by utah lake in the blizzardy weather.. I got little frozen icicles on my eyelashes.. It was hard going out and running by myself (my motivation to get out there and actually run in the crazy weather is decreasing every day.. uh oh) Today once I got to the half way point I stretched and then headed back and I was able to run so much better and get myself to move my legs a little faster and it just felt so much better on the way back.. but that's how it ususally goes eh I was out there runnin for like 75 minutes
