Just started running XC last summer with Coach Barnes at Riverton High. One year of long distance track, competing in all three distance events. Now on the Cross Country team at UVU for my freshman year of college.

Today it was just too freezing cold to go outside and I just couldn't get myself to do it so I went to the gym we have here at my apartment and ran on the treadmill and biked for about and hour or so. Not very fun in the gym on a treadmill by yourself but what can ya do
I was doing like 7:30's - 8:00 min miles on the treadmill (incline 3)
