We have been on break since we last ran the vertical mile so it's been real great! I did run just a few times though.. a few turkey trots and running in fitness for life (1.5 mile test) but other than that.. Nothin! Feels good and bad at the same time.. I love not having to do anything but workin out is just part of my routine I need it.. weird weird! Well today I took a little trip over to the gym and biked for 25 minutes and did a core workout for 10 minutes and my 50 push-ups and 10 pull ups (pull ups were assisted of course! Me being the weaky that I am) Real Practice Starts Up Again Tomorrow!!! Ah Yeah! Oh No! --Not sure which one..Hmm... Both :)
