Today practice was canceled as a team because they just got back from regionals and we have the "vertical mile" on wednesday. So I ran on my own today.. I just did an out and back up 8th south.. so I got some good uphill for a bit then on the way back some wondrous downhill! I ran for 24 minutes and went just over 3 miles today. Sadly enough my calves are extremely tight.. just from the little race the other day.. so I took advantage of my resources and got them worked out... can I just say painful! I iced them afterwards and now they feel quite a bit better :)
