Just started running XC last summer with Coach Barnes at Riverton High. One year of long distance track, competing in all three distance events. Now on the Cross Country team at UVU for my freshman year of college.

The rhs team were doing a tempo run and i needed to take it easy today so barnes stayed back with me because he's doing a long 20 miler tommorrow.. that just sounds disgusting :) we went the same way as the rest of the kids went but didn't have to do the fast 1.5 mile tempo
