(first 1/2 ever!!! about 7th girl and 45th overall)

Personal:

Just started running XC last summer with Coach Barnes at Riverton High. One year of long distance track, competing in all three distance events. Now on the Cross Country team at UVU for my freshman year of college.

Canal run.
Up 12600 S to the first canal. Down 11800 S past 2700 w onto the next canal headed to 12600 s then back up to RHS (4.5 miles)
Tried to stay around an 8:30 pace today and averaged about 8:17 running with the new Jenica
Played Ultimate Frisbee afterwards :)

Run with Taylor around Daybreak Lake later in the afternoon
took it real easy for Taylor :) did about 2.5 miles
