Did warm up to Mountain View High School with the team.. it was their speed work day. 2 mile tempo run. While they were doing their speed work me and Allison did our abs/core workout (10 min). Then we ran back to the school (cool down with team) then me and Allison went to Golds Gym to bike 12 minutes as hard and fast as we could in place of their 2 mile tempo run. On the run I felt pretty good.. a little hard to breath obviously and just a little hurty down in the lower part of my right leg (same leg that had stress fracture-- but not same area) but we will see how things go.
