| 4X1 mile repeats. We ran at the elementary school, we plotted a .33 mile loop and did it 3 times. This was much easier mentally than doing 4 on the track. Splits: 6:36, 6:35,6:31, 6:19 Kids had fun on the playgrounds. |

| This was another "better than nothing" run. It was supposed to be 21 miles, but I forgot I had missionary splits at 7:30 and we started our run at 5. Looped around Mary's. Pretty scenery down there--Echo rd, Wing Lake, Kirk of the Hills. I'm starting to get a little fond of this place. It really is beautiful, especially this time of year. As we ran by the cider mill, we decided that when it opens next week, we will stop there for donuts and cider instead of taking gu. Yummy! |
