I have ran 18 marathons so far... St. George X12, Salt Lake X2, Deseret News X1, Boston X2.  Dearborn, Michigan X1. My marathon PR is 3:15, my 1/2 marathon PR is 1:28

Personal:

I am married to a great supporter and running partner, Craig.  I have 2 beautiful girls, Addy and Hope, and 2 bouncing boys, Hayden and Miles.  

WE are moving to Utah, then India, then settling in Las Vegas this next year.  I'm looking forward to new running adventures everywhere I go :)

did a quick 5 on the treadmill at the gym.  Gradually sped it up to get done on time!

4X1 mile repeats.  

We ran at the elementary school, we plotted a .33 mile loop and did it 3 times.  This was much easier mentally than doing 4 on the track.

Splits: 6:36, 6:35,6:31, 6:19

Kids had fun on the playgrounds.

Short on time at the gym.  Did 15 minutes on stair climber to warm up, then did some strength training on the mat.

This was another "better than nothing" run.  It was supposed to be 21 miles, but I forgot I had missionary  splits at 7:30 and we started our run at 5.  Looped around Mary's.  Pretty scenery down there--Echo rd, Wing Lake, Kirk of the Hills.  I'm starting to get a little fond of this place.  It really is beautiful, especially this time of year.  As we ran by the cider mill, we decided that when it opens next week, we will stop there for donuts and cider instead of taking gu.  Yummy!
