Decided against speed work becasue my IT band is still giving me trouble. I'm afraid this run made it worse...It is really painful now after the run. Did some stretchs and excercises and took a clelbrex. I plan to get a gym membership and do some yoga and spin. Hopefully this is enough to recoup before the 24th 1/2 marathon!
Ran with Cass and Abby. Conversation made the run go fast:)
