It's a new week, hopefully I can get more running in this week, although life isn't getting any less crazy as we near our date to move to Detroit.  We are going to Vegas tomorrow and Wednesday, to Cedar Wed-Fri, to Provo Fri-Sat.  Craig probably won't be running much (if at all) with his ankle.  It's still pretty swollen and bruised, poor guy! He has a good attitude though!

My run this morning felt wonderful.  It was invigorating, fun, beautiful, and a little strenuous at times.  I ran about 5 with my mom and Liisa on the dirt roads through Santa Clara farms.  When we got back, my dad and Shadow were just getting ready to go so I joined them on the trails of the south hills.  It was good spending time with dad.  It was nice to be away from traffic out in the hills.  The trail is really nice.  A lot of up hill on the way out, but we made good time on the way back.  A great start for the week!

I would love to try that trail run with you before you leave . . . maybe next week? If we have time cause we need to be spending most of our time in the canyon looking for Mike and Max, they've gotta be there somewhere! ha ha ha, , , we're kind of stalkers huh? Hope you have fun in Vegas and we'll see ya this weekend! Nice miles for a mere Monday :)
