We completed our long run on Oahu. It was beautiful the first and last 5 miles. We did an out and back course going along the beach, then around Diamondhead crater, then more along the beach. The middle 10 were inland highway miles and much more difficult. Craig felt ok til mile 14 then hit a bit of a rough spot. He made it through....still deliberating the marathon. We shall see. I think he should do it, he'll do awesome! |
