Personal:
AM-10.5 miles. Did some core work and stretching. Legs are tightening up again.. I have to make this a daily thing no matter what now.
AM-10 miles steady state with fast 30/30 sec pickups with equal recovery.
PM-8 miles easy with stretching and pushup/crunches.
AM-Easy 2 miles then 4 more in the park later after errands.
AM-7 miles on 7th/rail trail.
AM-10 miles steady state with some on the road and the park trail.
AM-Easy 5 miles 7th ob.
AM-10.5 miles in the lovely heat..
