AM-6 mile jog. RHR a little high this morning. I've been trying to execute training in a pyramid/wave of sorts. Go heavy mileage with some LT work for a few days, then recover with low really easy miles for a few more.
PM-Easy 5 mile jog. Need to increase carbodydrate intake or maybe just overall healthy caloric intake. When I start to run higher mileage my body really craves junk food and beverage. Not good..
