AM-All out VO2 max session on the Rio loop with 1 mile hard, 2 min recovery and then 1.5 miles hard with 1 min recovery and then .5 mile all out with last .25 at 74 secs. 6 miles total. On side note I had a weird dream, I dreamt my ex-wife was neck and neck with me in the last mile of the NYC marathon and just as we got to the finish it ended. Very strange... PM-4 miles easy jog. 7th east.
