Run a good marathon again in the future.
Personal:
AM-13 miles easy-steady state effort. Moderate uphill for long stretches with down pickups toward the end.
AM-4 miles easy.
AM-11 miles easy with strides.
AM-10.5 miles easy-medium steady state. 6 miles on the mill 4.5 easy jog on the roads. Hip-hamstring still tight. It really messes with my gait at times.
AM-Easy 4 mile jog.
AM-Easy run in Sugarhouse with a couple laps around Liberty Park.
AM-16 miles stop and go with a combo of things pushing back on me this morning. Tight upper ham, low hydration and fuel etc. Got it done however.
