AM/PM-Easy 10 miles late afternoon at 7-7:15/mile pace.  7th and Fort Union.

PM-Hard 6 mile VO2 max run tonight with a 1 mile at MP to wake up the legs and then 3 miles progressive with no rest interval at 5:18, 5:15 and 5:07/.5%-1% incline. Wow! I always seem to run better after my bio-rhythms are more in sync.  But at 10 pm?  I feel like a vampire..

AM-Easy 6 miles at 6:30-45/mile avg on 7th east before school.  Recovery day. 

PM-No run, I was pretty dang tired tonight after class and in fact I fell asleep on the couch at about 3 am this morning. I dreamed about the the LDS Conference Center, very strange..  Woke up early at about 9am and slept a solid 6 hrs.  That was good now, but I still have to go to work at 11pm! and that is kind of going to mess me up a bit for tomorrow.   Oh well,  I seem to feeling ok this morning so thats good.  I'll just take it and run with it today especially since it's turning out to be a really nice sunny day today. :)   Ahh.. sunlight!

By the way is anyone planning on not going to the OGDEN MARATHON this year?  If not I really would like to run it this year and would gladly pay you for the entry.

AM-Easy-medium pace 15 miler out to Draper parkway and back home.  1:39:46 total time.  Felt really good to be out today..  Time to do some serious study with the math homework and get some zzs before work so I'm not a total zombie tonight.  I feel ok right now but I sometimes wonder if I'm burning the candle at both ends.  One thing I know for sure, I have people that are like earth bound angels right now and they are really helping me out with things.  Without them I would not be able to do all of it on my own.

PM-Easy 5 miles at 7-7:30/mile pace.  JRT.  Felt good this evening after a long nap.  Did15 min of AI stretching afterwards.

AM-Long run early this morning with 12 miles at marathon pace with pacing at 6:10min-5:36min/mile. Most miles at 5:45-5:50. Easy ones at 6:50-7:15/mile.   Felt good to be out this morning with such awesome spring weather.
