AM/PM-Easy 10 miles late afternoon at 7-7:15/mile pace. 7th and Fort Union.
PM-Hard 6 mile VO2 max run tonight with a 1 mile at MP to wake up the legs and then 3 miles progressive with no rest interval at 5:18, 5:15 and 5:07/.5%-1% incline. Wow! I always seem to run better after my bio-rhythms are more in sync. But at 10 pm? I feel like a vampire..
