AM-Progressive run of 6 miles in 35:28. 7th east out and back. Last 3 miles in 16:28 with 6:02, 5:14 and 5:12. Last half mile in on a decline coming home. Tired, but good kind of tired:) Stretching afterwards and some core work. PM-High aerobic 5 miles at sub 6-6:30/mile. 31:20 total. SLCC treadmill.
